Catharine has worked in schools and local authorities in London and the South East since 1989. In addition to her teaching career, Catharine has specialised in training teachers to integrate language and content and develop literacy across the curriculum for more advanced EAL learners. She successfully completed projects for London and Manchester Challenge supporting school leadership in self-evaluation, audit and review of EAL at whole school level. Catharine also has expertise in training and coaching middle and senior leaders in monitoring, tracking and use of data to raise achievement for vulnerable groups.
